Today is the 9th but I am writing about the 6th … it’s all right, at least I am writing … It’s a record of what I eat, so let’s get straight to it~

Coffee, Yogurt & Half Boil Egg~

This basically what I ate in the morning, I guess the only problem with this is, the sugar is pretty high, from the yogurt and from the 3-in-1 coffee.  But I naturally burn sugar fast, so sugar is not my problem, I actually needs it.  It works for me~

Now, how do you make a perfect half-boil egg?  I used to be able to do it, I can’t anymore!  I have to do more experiment with this until I get the perfect half-boil egg!

Salad with Pan Fried Oyster, Mushroom, Blueberry & Apple dress with balsamic vinegar~

You have no idea how much flavor the pan fried oyster bring to the salad, its a perfect match in my opinion, the bitterness, the saltiness, it’s adding the ocean to your salad, it works so well for my pallet.  And the sweetness from the fruit and berries simply give it a balance to the balsamic vinegar, it really does taste good.  It makes being on a diet forgettable~

Dinner is three dishes, all simple stir fry, easy, fast and convenient~ Lot’s of vegies with egg and pork as the protein, more than enough to replace the carbs that used to make me feel full~

Overall, in terms of eating, it is an awesome day~
