2019Grand Palace – Art and Architecture Collection Part II | Bangkok | Thailand
This is part 2 of the art and architecture collection of the Grand Palace. Like I said, I have so many. The Grand Palace is so magnificent that I took so many photos, I have so many that there’s no way I can finish processing them. It’s too bad that we are not allowed to take photos of the interior, I would have even more if that was allowed. Hope you enjoy these photos~

A fantastic view of one of the temple through the walls of another temple. The Grand Palace has a thousand faces, each and every art and architecture of the holy place are different in look and feel depending on the angle, height, and lighting you are viewing them from.
If you align your angle just right, you can see layers upon layers of rooftop and walls in one stunning frame of visual. I got three layers here, the mix of colors and patterns are just strikingly chaotic, yet harmony.
White tower of a temple at the Grand Palace stunningly reaches up to the blue sky, inching towards heaven, with grace and elegance.
One of the mythical being from legend who holds the temple, and everything else in balance. A colorful statue against a goldern background, standing on a tile platform.
Colorful and beautifully design mythical guardian of the temple who protects and watch over the temple at all time through ages, the blue sky and white cloud behind brings out the stunning detail and artwork of the statue. This is of the world of monsters and gods.
These mythical beings are all over the temple in all shapes and sizes, all with similar pose to lift up the buildings or structures above them. It must be a tiring job since they have done this through the past and will continue to do so into the future. They are the most loyal protector of the Grand Palace.
One of the temples in the Grand Palace, historical, gorgeous, beautiful, stunning. Standing tall and proud under the blue sky, withstood trial and test through time.
This is a true golden tower, there’s nothing but gold, shining and glowing under the sun, giving off energy of holiness and spirituality, serene and solemn at the same time.
There are multiway to view the Grand Palace, different hight and different angle yield different panoramic view, each featuring different art and architecture of the temple. This photo was taken high up on one of the towers featuring the top view of this incredible historical landmark.
Some of the temples in the Grand Palace are almost entirely gold, the theme of the entire architecture is gold, and the buildings are designed to reflect as much gold as possible. The aura of gold fills the entire atmosphere. The holiest of all holiness.
A collection of temples at the Grand Palace, each has it’s own unique design and architecture, and they differ in feel and aura as well. Don’t they look like giants that stand tall and walk the earth? I felt like they were alive and were looking at me.
There are holiness and serenity in gold. Outside the religion world, gold is normally a symbol of money and greed and all the evil associated with it. But inside the temple, it has the opposite meaning of all that. It symbolizes purity here. And when used so abundantly and luxuriously, it demands your utmost respect.
