Seattle Travel Diary | Sunset On Lake Washington – Part 2

The gorgeous sunset  only lasted for a couple minutes.  The amazing red, purple and orange colors flash by my eye.  Sunset is indeed beautiful, but it never last for too long.

Since sunset has passed and the beautiful red, orange and purple have vanished, I have decided to present the aftermath in black and white.  Sunset under black and white is still gorgeous and beautiful.  Replacing the bright colors are the deep contrast in light and darkness, that in turn brings out the loneliness of the night.

The movement of clouds under black and white is especially stunning.  It makes the remaining light seems so under match and weak.  Day does not want to hand over the world to night, but darkness came in so furiously that it swallows all the remaining light.  The moon, hiding behind the cloud, enjoying the show of the exchanging night and day.

The park at night is a total different world.  The seat that belongs to the life guard in the morning, at night, would it have a different guardian that belongs to the night taking the place?

I am so glad I make the sunset, I am very lucky.  Even though the sunset only lasted for a couple minutes, but it gave me enough time to peek into its rare beauty.  The 24mm did not disappoint as well, I am very happy with the photos I took with it.  In conclusion, this is a wonderful evening.  I want to do it again and I really look forward to my next Seattle sunset.
